Just weird enough to have no real friends but not quite weird enough to warrent attention would be the best way to describe this man. Soft spoken and gentle, he's used to going by many names due to being undercover, but usually referred to as "Eli" amongst his coworkers even though he knows damn well it's not his real name. A top agent for the Ahimsa, Eli is a decent shot and has been a Ward of the state ever since his parents were killed in a car crash. Due to this, it was only natural that he joined the police force at an early age. A suffering insomniac, Eli tends to spend his nights reading, cooking and musing about life. He's not prone to expressing himself very often, but lately he's been starting to feel a tad off. Largely indifferent to the city he's been bred into and feeling a bit concerned about the violent actions he's been forced to take in the name of it all, Eli's starting to think a dangerous thing: Is there something else out there?


Hanna Falk Cross

At 24-years old, Hanna is currently the most wanted Undesirable in the city of Veruna and the leader of the rebel group that he keeps desperately trying to name. This is rather impressive, considering all he really has is a magic marker and a set of high tech bracers grafted onto his upper arms and lower legs. These bracers allow him to control the magic flowing through him. With these bracers he can create small energy blasts, channel the magic into a few select runes, and given a few seconds to charge up, can fly at hyper-fast speeds. While he can move very fast, Hanna is quite small and frail and prone to injury, much to Worth's chagrin. All this, combined with his accident-prone nature, makes Hanna a bit of a danger to himself and those around him. In spite of this, Hanna always seems to have a smile on his heart and is always willing to see the best in things and do what he can to help someone.

Conrad Achenleck

Formerly a graphic designer living in the high end condo in the central ring in the city, Conrad's life was turned upside down the night a certain purple-haired vampire paid him a visit. The ensuring battle left him in the acquaintance of Hanna Falk Cross with a nasty case of vampirism. Suffice to say, Conrad is not entirely pleased with the sudden shift to second class citizenship, and is prone to explosive fits of anger as well as a multitude of crippling neuroses. He has a decent amount of talent when it comes to technology and has a lot of potential, in stark contrast to being quite possibly the worst vampire the city of Veruna has ever seen.

Toni Ipres

Formerly a famous dancer and singer, Toni's world was turned upside down the day she was revealed to be an unregistered werewolf. Fortunately for her, Hanna was there to help, and she now serves as one of the strongest members of the resistance, as well as the only girl. She usually backs up Hanna as a heavy hitter and manages to remain level-headed where he isn't... most of the time. She has a tendency to either love things or hate things, and she reacts strongly to both of these by either clinging tightly or utterly detesting you. She tries her best to not be too utterly crazy though. She also works as a singer and dancer at Down the Rabbit Hole, making her the only one in the resistance who can be said to honestly have a decent job.

Veser Amaker Hatch

A half-selkie, Veser's life honestly started out fairly well with two loving parents. Of course, that all changed when Veser's mom revealed that she couldn't stay forever and she had to return to the ocean. In an emotional fit, Veser's father reported the two of them to the Ahimsa. Veser's mother was killed in the struggle to escape, and while Veser spent some time hiding under the protection of his father's best friend, Lee, he was soon found out. It was after this that Veser spent his time on the streets, evading the Ahimsa and pickpocketing to survive. Living with the resistance is the closest thing to a home and family life that he's had in a long time.  He's honestly quite happy with this, embracing his new family whole-heartedly and living with his heart on his sleeve. Aside from this bring spot he's fairly cynical, reacting violently in sharp contrast to Hanna's optimism when he's in a bad mood. He's always ready for the next mission and when he's not doing this or pickpocketing (much to Toni's chagrin), he's messing around on his hoverboard and hanging out with Hanna.

Doc Worth

No one's entirely sure if Worth is actually a doctor. He claims he is and he's got somebody's certification on his wall, but that's not saying a lot. Regardless, he does the job for the resistance, and while one would think the layer of grime he's constantly coated in would mess that up, he does a decent job. He also acts as a mechanic of sorts for Hanna alongside Lamont, fixing up the redhead's bracers when he needs it and whacking him across the head for whatever reckless adventure caused the mess. In a way he's also a sort of leader, directing where the resistance members go and deciding which jobs are actually worth taking. If anyone pointed out he's essentially taken this job, however, he will pointedly deny it.

When he's not doctoring, Worth tends to spend his time smoking, drinking, and generally lazing about being an ass. He also does other jobs but no one's entirely sure what those are. His main thing seems to be yelling at everyone else in the resistance, acting as quite possibly the angriest, grungiest mother hen to ever exist. If you do something stupid, he will yell at you. If there is work to be done, he will yell at you to do it. If you happen to be around, he will yell at you. No one's entirely sure yet if this is because he genuinely gives a damn about everyone or if he just really, really enjoys yelling at people. Regardless, Worth is quite the character.

Lamont Toucey

Quite possibly the only man who has been able to spend multiple years in Worth's presence without getting cancer or simply getting fed up, Lamont is a sturdy guy whose laid back, polite demeanor stands in sharp contrast to the doctor's abrasive behavior. How much of this is an act is debatable, but whatever. A dealer and supplier of sorts, Lamont is always willing to get his hands dirty and get the job done, nor is he above doing some questionable things for a bit of useful information that he can possibly overcharge for. While he seems mildly shady, Lamont is always doing his best to make sure the resistance is stocked with whatever they need and always has an eye out for Hanna and the gang.
